T H E T E A M

  • Katerina was born in Syros, studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, and co-founded "Chorographers" in 2004 with Minas Bougiouris.

    Her primary motivation derives from the design and development of spaces, with a central focus on enhancing human quality of life, accompanied by a commitment to environmental respect.

  • Minas was born in Syros, studied Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras, and in 2004, co-founded Chorographers with Katerina Dounavi. Resides in the Cyclades by choice.

    Through studies and supervision of constructions, explores how innovative ideas are born that give new impetus and orientation to our way of life.

  • Aristokratis is an Architectural Engineer from the School of Architecture of the Technical University of Crete. As a proponent of the theory of Phenomenology, he believes in an architecture that starts from the place, draws inspiration from it, and keeps its eyes open to the world.

  • Panagiotis was born in Neapoli, Lakonia. He studied Civil Engineering at first and then Architecture. He is fascinated by the common ground that can emerge from these two fields and therefore a narrative of the space in which we live in.

  • Dora studied architecture at the Technical University of Crete. Her architectural approach emphasizes clarity and simplicity in design, with each project inspired by the unique elements of its location, utilizing the natural light, textures, and colors of the area.

  • Georgios Arounis is an Architect who graduated from Politecnico di Milano. His work is guided by principles of minimalism and Cycladic architectural elements, emphasizing functionality, simplicity, and purpose in every project.

  • Eleni was born in Thessaloniki. She studied architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and then she was captivated by the light, the scenery, the genius loci of the Cyclades. Therefore, since 2006, she joined Chorographers.

  • Karolos Roussos is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of T.E.I. Piraeus. Its main subject is the mapping of plots and buildings as well as supervisions in the field to ensure compliance with the architectural and static studies.
