The study concerns the construction of a building complex comprising eight luxury rooms for rent, an independent volume for the reception and the underground auxiliary spaces and pool. The access to the plot is from the eastern side, while the view is on the south and east. The buildings are arranged so that they are open to the view and the sunlight, but also follow the actual terrain configuration built on two ground floor levels. The lower-level rooms are made of stone adapting to the landscape, while two rooms of the upper level have domes, which are morphological elements of the traditional architecture of the Cyclades and more specifically Anafi.
